We are having a girl.

I'm taking this pretty hard too. As soon as I found out I was bawling. I couldn't help myself. I really wanted this baby to be a boy. But it's starting to sink in and I'm actually a little excited to have a healthy baby girl. Now I just have to find a name for this little girl. I have no names picked out, this isn't going to be an easy thing for me, considering the fact that I have 8 names already used.

You make the most incredible girls, strong, independent, beautiful girls.

The world needs more just like them and luckily we are getting one more.

HOORAY!!!

I'm so sorry! I know how badly you wanted a boy! But you guys do make BEAUTIFUL girls and you won't have to start all over with clothes and toys (although the last part is probably not much of a comfort). I still can't believe you are going to have so many kids so close together. How are you going to keep yourself sane?

Oh Kirstin! I'm so sorry about the disappointment! My mom is one of 5 sisters and no brothers and I know that she loved that and also all of us cousins loved the fact that our mom's were so close. It was kind of fun! In some ways, I wish I had that in my family instead of 3 brothers and my only sister 8 years away from me! (don't tell them lol) But Amanda's right...you should be set with clothes and toys! THAT is VERY nice!! ;)
