Well, we did it. We bought a project house. This has been something that Brian has always wanted to do; live in a house that is falling apart with 3 little kids. It's going to be fun.
For the past three days that we have owned the house, we have ripped out about 4000 sq ft of old dirty smelly carpet, millions (yes, millions) of carpet staples and are still not done with the floors. In the meantime, while I am being slave driven by Brian to remove staples, our kids are free to roam the house and get into what ever their hearts desire. They haven't been a problem yet; Ashlee discovered what a hammer does to wood floors and Reese found that the Shop Vac is an awesome toy.
Since I have been so wrapped up with the spooky house (Reese's name for the house) the house that we live in now is not ready for the move. I need to pack! But, today I have to do laundry, go to Lowes and buy some type of sander for Brian and be at the spooky house by 2:30 so I can pull out more staples. Like I said before, it's going to be fun.

I can't believe you have already ripped out that much carpet! I can honestly say that I'm not jealous of all the work you have to do, but I'm sure it will be nice when you're done!
Good Job on your new blog! Looks like you've got work to do. I want to come see it soon.
