Halloween 2010
This year for Halloween I really didn't give a crap. I just wanted it to be over. I made Kailyn's and Hayden's Bee costumes, no I take that back... My friend Jodi came over to force me to make the costumes and instead to told her how to do it and made her make them for me. I didn't even finish the costumes, they were Wingless Bees. Reese and Ashlee's costumes were a Walmart special. I actually feel kinda bad that I didn't do a better job with this years Halloween... Sort of. Ok not really.
Almost of the pictures are of Hayden. We went Trick or Treating in one of our good friends neighborhood and the older girls ran off with their friends and I didn't see them until they finished the entire Sub. Even though I was completely annoyed with Halloween, it still was super fun.

Jiminy Cricket!
When I think of a cricket I think of one that wears shoes and holds a little umbrella. If only that were true... I wouldn't be so creeped out. This little bugger is a Camel Cricket. He is not cute or wear shoes and jumps around with an umbrella. I HATE these things! They are stupid and are like 2 inches long and look like spiders that jump around super high. They are so freakin nasty the cat and the dog will not even touch them, and they lick their own butts. They just creep me out! I hate hate hate walking in to the kitchen with the lights off and seeing one jump around. They also can climb walls and hangout near the ceilings. This cricket is horrible and tech not even a cricket.

Kailyn 4!
Kailyn's 4! Her birthday was yesterday. Last week I took her out last week to get her 4 yr old pictures done. I'm really happy with the way they turned out!
Here are a few!
Last night we had a little family birthday for her. We ate Halloween pizza's and then had her Spidar cake. She loved all of her presents! It was Olivia heaven for her. I still can't believe that she is 4!

Tatum Olivia
Tatum Olivia is here!
Her Story:
Thursday night I was having contractions that were pretty consistant so I went in to triage just to get checked out. They checked everything, I was was dilated to 4 cm and they hooked me up to check the progress. After 10 hours and no progress they sent me home. Friday I did my normal mom stuff, cleaned the house and went to Target. That night around 11 pm, I got up to pee and as soon as I stood up my water broke (exploded) ALL over the place. This is my 5th kid and I have NEVER had my water break ever. Usually they have to break it for me. Anyways, immediatly after my water broke, I started getting these horrible aweful PAINFUL contractions. Holy crap I thought that I was going to die. I got to triage, I was 6 cm. After a very painful hour I got my epidural (got stuck in the back twice and now dealing with back problems still...) They checked me again and I was 9cm. Surprise, remember the painful hour. My Dr. wasn't there yet, and I had to push, so I got to hold her in until he showed up (20 min). He showed up and 2 pushes later Tatum was born! This was my fastest labor ever. Not a big fan...
She was 3 weeks early and weighed 7lbs 1oz and only 19in long. She is so little! I have never had a baby this small!

One of my really good friends growing up is posting all of these awesome pictures of me all over facebook...
Chocolate Covered Caramel Popcorn
Since I have nothing else to do while trying to go into labor, I came up with this deliciousness! Chocolate covered Caramel Popcorn!! I am awesome. Your welcome.
Caramel Corn
* This recipe has to have real popped popcorn (by stove or air popper) you CAN'T use microwave... it won't work.
12 cups popped popcorn (2/3 cup kernels)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 cups mixed deluxe nuts
(if you don't want to use nuts, pop 15 cups of popcorn)
Pop popcorn until you have 12 cups, put in really large bowl, add nuts and mix.
In a pan heat the butter, light brown sugar, light corn syrup, and salt on medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the baking soda.
Pour over the popped popcorn and stir till well coated.
Put on large ungreased cookie sheet or two....
Bake at 200°F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and start making chocolate!
Chocolate Stuff
I make each pkg separately. 1 for each pan...
2 pkg milk chocolate chips
2 tsp shortening (1 tsp for each pkg)
In a microwave safe bowl, place 1 pkg chocolate chips with 1 tsp of shortening.
Microwave about 2 minutes, until chocolate is shiny
Remove and stir until melted.
Quickly stir on to caramel popcorn.
Cool completely, before eating
Enjoy the goodness...
