It Died...

My Garbage Disposal is dead. And I'm pretty sure it is entirely my fault, I fed it to much. So now I don't have a disposal right now and it is really making my life difficult!

My Big Toe...

My poor big toe. It's seen better days. It all started Saturday...

I ran 9 miles on Saturday, after the run I noticed that my big toe was a little bruised. No big deal. My fault because I wore the wrong socks. Anyways, on Monday I was walking thru the living room and kicked a pile of blankets out of the way and ended up kicking a big pile of toys. My children think that putting things in a pile and covering it with a blanket it is how to clean the living room. I said a few nicely chosen words and threw the toys in the trash. They're not my toys, I don't care if they go in the trash. And obviously they didn't want them either because they left them on the floor. So whatever healing my big toe was doing was gone. Then on Tuesday morning before I had to take Ash to school, I was standing at the counter talking to Brian and all of a sudden Hayden (who is in her walker) sprints to me from across the kitchen and RIPS OFF MY TOENAIL!!!! It's gone, all of it and it is really gross! It hurts! It is seriously a bloody mess! I ended up going to the doctor because it was "leaking". It was starting to get infected so know I am on some antibiotics and some nice pain pills. My toe has to stay wrapped up for the next couple of weeks and it hurts it walk. While I was at the Doctors, I asked him how long till I will be able to run again. He just starts LAUGHING at me and telling me that I won't be doing any running for a LONG TIME!!!! Awesome. I am supposed to be running the half marathon in a month. So know I don't know what I am going to be doing about the run. I hope that I will be able too, but it doesn't really look like it going to happen right now...

Reese finally lost her front tooth! That stupid tooth has been just hanging there for the past week. I got so sick of watching her tongue it to death, so I pinned her down and pulled it out.

My friend Adrienne makes these super cute crocheted hats and she taught me how! This is my first hat. It was SO easy! I plan making hats for everyone now...

Ash's 1st day of School

Yesterday was Ashlee's first day of PreK. She is really excited about going back to school, she loves it!

I'm going back to school! I am really excited about it too! My goal is to become a Nurse Anesthetist, but I have to get my RN first! Yes, I know that I am completely crazy for wanting to go back to school, but this is something that I am really interested in doing. So wish me luck!

So, I got a little bored and made these shirts for the girls.

First Day Of School!!!!

Reese is officially a First Grader! She is so excited to be back in school, actually she's not, but I am!!!! I have been waiting for this wonderful day for about a month!!

As you can tell in the pictures, Ashlee is VERY upset that Reese is going on the bus and she is not. She starts school on the 25th...

YMCA 5K

So, this morning I woke up at 5:30am to get ready to run the YMCA 5k. It was super humid this morning! Sweat was seriously pouring down my face (gross, huh?) Well, my time was 33:46. Not bad, but I was hoping to do under 3o minutes (I'm blaming it on the grossness of this morning). I am running another 5k next week, a 10k in Sept and the 1/2 marathon in Oct.
